Payment Schedule & Terms
- Advance Payment: Required to commence work (as per chosen package).
- Interim Payment: 50% of the Total Fee is payable upon confirmation of Schematic Design.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled prior to the handover of final drawings.
- Extras: Any additional services will be charged separately.
